Im not all that familliar with Spidey 2099 so I dont know if he some kind of weapons. If he's no much different than ordinary Spider-man then Venom beats them both. Would take him some time though before they tire.

Spider-Man 2099 has the same strength and agility as Spider-Man but he can also shoot organic webbing from his wrists and has poison fangs and claws.

In this case Venom stomps. They dont have the means to hurt him.
