A Predator in (Movie) Raccoon City

The Predator from the first Predator film finds it's hunting season in the infected remains of Raccoon City. There's zombies and Cerberus to hunt but the big game will obviously be Alice and Nemesis.

What happens?

Pred pwns them all, falls to Alice.

Pred until he faces Alice, then Alice TCB

Nemesis would be WAY easy for the Pred, pretty much a walking bullseye.

Except Nemesis has his own targeting device and a rocket launcher.

He cant see the Pred.

Tell that to the multiple people who saw the Pred in the first film. They see its eyes anyway.

Well they relied on their eyes, Nemesis relies on the tracking device(which more than likely can't track an invisible being). Besides, Predator plasma blasts him from like a block away.

Multiple People it was Carl Weathers,Arnolds & Bill Dukes characters everybody else who saw him didn't live to see or tell anybody.

Yes they can.

I see the Predator coming away with some fine new trophies. Zombies are no problem and Nemesis is too big, slow and stupid.

Alice would be a challenge, but remember Predators observe their quarry before they strike. If it determines she has powers beyond those of a normal human, it'll respond accordingly.
