Mercy
So while I haven't watched shows like Three Rivers, or Trauma I can't imagine any of the new medical drama's to be as good as Mercy.
For one, it has Michelle Trachtenberg in it as a sweet naive young nurse who lights up every room she enters and. The rest of the cast I have never heard of or seen before but they do a wonderful job. Plus the episode on right now just had (Cousin Eddy from that Donnell Lough show) get close lined from a bike.
