Because BA is able to use magic better than the person that's using it. She doesn't just copy it.

debatable. though that's not why she's > wanda, anyway...

alice can essentially steal the magical energy from any beings/items, thus rendering them powerless [she's quite similiar to rogue in that aspect.] having said that, alice could pull the magical energy from wanda to such an extent that wanda would literally be unable to hold her own molecules together, and fade away [if you remember, alice did much the same type of thing to spectre.]

The only strong magic users from Marvel team are Dr. Strange (if this is classic) and arguably Dr. Voodoo.

On the DC team, you have Nabu, Black Alice, Zatanna... not to mention Mordru, who is pretty formidable himself.

DC stomps 8/10.
