Who can destroy a universe?

Ok Eternity/Infinity/Death can destroy ANOTHER universe the same size etc. and no one tries to stop them

Eternity - He is the Embodiment of the Universe representing all life. So I would say yes.
Infinity - The original Infinity represented Space in the Cosmic Hierarchy of things while Eternity represented Time. I have no idea as to what she is capable of now. She simply faded away from comics.

Anti-Monitor destroyed countless Universes in "Crisis on Infinite Earths". An almost Infinite amount of Universes however that's possible.

The Anti-Monitor in Sinestro Corps was severely weakened though.

AM became the black power battery and spectre was "resurrected" by a black ring but wasn't shown after that at least I can't remeber any showings since that
