I don't think Stryfe has the feats to match with Hector Hammond.

And I'm willing to say Manchester Black is quite above Exodus.

While Sinister should be around Grodds level, I don't think he as actual feats to back it up.

I have no clue who Scanner is.

Scanner is an alien who was on the team, Vanguard. Vanguard was shown in Teen Titans. Her telepathy can reach far into space.

What other mutants am i missing for MU. I know I'm missing some.

Also, why do you think MB is higher than Exodus?

Exodus is a character that doesn't appear much his telepathy feats amount him shindering Xavier, beating Jean twice and Thena and stalemating Emma and Sersi. The feats I've seen from Black are just on a larger scale.

Can Scanner do anything else? Cause Nova trashed Xavier and Jean (Manifesting her Phoenix Potential).
