And near that is a small beach with cliffs. You can choose to have your setting in how you come into this either the country side part, city, beach,

Whitemans Valley - rugged countryside - population is low there manly farmhouses , farms, small buisnesses, country cottages, log cabins, but the countryside is a big stretch these arn't close together
city- big, not one of the biggest ones in the capitlal of wellington but it has shops,hospital, phoenix mall, the whole city overlooks the beach
