Superman can be really mean. He's scary as Hell when he's mean. Especially when he picks on Batman from time to time, and they're suppose to be tight.
In the low-tiers, Wolverine is absolutely terrifying. Both how he looks and character. If I knew him, I'd avoid him at all costs. At the drop of a dime, he's ready to go psycho and gut you. And when he snaps out of it, he usually doesn't give a damn about what he did. Seriously, he wasn't even phased about killing the pregnant doctor in the VR sims when SHIELD was deprogramming him from The Hand's brainwashing?
only time i was ever impressed by supes and would have bn scared of him was when he was going to bring down the un building in kingdom come... something about that moment is uber scary to me... righteous anger is just something i would cower in fear especially when he isnt talking or screaming.. but is quiet.... ooh i just gave myself the shivers..

I give Orion the tiny edge in psychosis, if only because he's more likely to kill you in a sadistic, disgusting way. 😈
While both are legendary for their tempers, Thor's is a result of his personality, and getting repeated lessons from Odin about curbing it. Orion is a being of pure rage (sorry, Colossus), who needs a mother box just to keep him in check.
Orion is scarier. If he loses that Motherbox he goes sickhouse on everyone's asses. Didn't it take Highfather years to tame him and suppress his father's rage?
Thor might even accept your apology whereas Orion would stop at nothing to take you down. Imagine what would have happened if Orion had found out how close Batman came to tapping his wife? Even Batman would shit bricks then.
