I would like to create a "cliché" roleplay that would be about the Jedi fighting a rising threat (Sith). The roleplay will have a couple of restriction rules as I wish for it to involve rising in power, rather than starting at prime. I will not create a deeper plot until I have seen if there is any interest in it. To briefly mention what I want it to look like, here's a starter (that I will develop if there is any interest)

- It will take place a couple of hundred years ABY.
- There will be a subtle order of the Sith that is slowly working its way up. Their strength will mainly be in their intellect, rather than their power (Slightly inspired by the first era of Darth Sidious)
- The Jedi will have a large number of Jedi academies spread across the galaxy, whereas head quarter of the Jedi is not yet decided (Suggestions welcomed)
- The main quest of the roleplay will be split in two. Even though the main purpose is to wipe out the Sith, the main quest is to have your character develop in the ways of the force in order to finally be able to fight the threat.

- A lot of the roleplay will revolve around the academy, and interaction of various characters. I guess it could be considered a "school" roleplay for Jedi, only with an evil mastermind lurking in the shadows.

- You will roleplay as a novice/average/padawan/apprentice Jedi (I can grant you a master, although that will be under a couple of conditions- whereas one would be that the master wouldnt have a major part of the roleplay).

- If/When the roleplayers agree, I might do "time-skips" where we jump some time into the future (How long depends on the agreement and/or if something happens troughout the skip). This would allow even those that select younglings as their role to develop efficiently enough to one day be able to participate in the fight against the rising threat.

- The roleplay will also be very open. Even though everyone start as good, you might eventually turn dark (If that is your wish), and everything everyone do will effect the roleplay in one way or the other.

The Dark Force Cantina

This RP is just about a Cantina in the Star Wars(/Trek, if you so wish to be a Ferengi, or Klingon, or Picard) where characters, who may be in other RP's (eg. Galaxy at War, or Ush's games) might want to come and mingle. This will also give us a hand at creating random characters for a truly unhosted experiance.

Info: The Dark Force were a fleet of pre-Clone Wars dreadnaughts that simply disappeared into hyperspace at the beginning of the Clone Wars era. They were again found by trader/smuggler Tallon Karrade and leaked to the Imperials years later by a collegue. Grand Admiral Thrawn currently has them.

Time line: 5 years after Return of the Jedi but accuracy is not a problem, deceased Yoda's and Emperor's welcomed. Fights allowed. Nothing big though. Charges will be made. Rooms available upon arrival in-system.

Planet: Renavi V
Climate: Earth-like
Weather conditions: Purple snow during winter due to the suns radiation in the upper atmosphere. (its really beautiful at sunset)
Population: Varies. Usually human but some of the sentients have developed to our modern ways.
Animals: Make it up.
Moon(s): One
Star: Twin purple night creasent, and normal day star.

(purple star orbits the normal star. Though it is only visible on one day a week)

Bio's are not nesessary buy accepted for practise purposes and for background info on characters if you would like to have the character return or have the character with a good history.

Also, I wanted to make a new RP which takes place exactly after the events of KOTOR 2. I wanted to make it sort of like a KOTOR 3, about what Revan finds in the Uknown Regions. But I'm struggling coming up with something for the main plot. Any help?

I am looking to stary a story that begins 350 years ABY. Much has changed in the galaxy, after many power struggles the galaxy is enjoying a nearly peaceful period. This peace is in large due to the Third Galactic Soverign Republic now seated on the terraformed planet of New Alderaan. At the head of the Galactic Republic is Senator Avadarr Senul of New Alderaan himself. However opposition still remains, the fledgling Republic's major enemies reside in two entities that of the growing Imperial Reform Faction (IRF) and the AIMF (The Artificial Intelligence Mechana Front). So against these two great threats the Republic has once again placed its safety in the hands of the Jedi Order. Seeing there numbers flourish in the last century the order once again is called to help the Republic in such dangerous times. But a heavy blow has just been dealt after the capture and imprisonment of Grandmaster and head of the jedi council Balen Solo by Baron Casmus Gaultois the commander of the IMF.

The story will begin on the rebuilt now Jedi Praxeum on Yavin IV as the council has called a large gathering of all available jedi in the galaxy after several terrorist attacks and embargoes from the AIMF and from the growing imperialist movement. Im looking for ideas and developing this uncharted time period in the Star Wars universe. Factions are emerging all across the galaxy with the droid uprising and the imperialist movement surging once again. I will provide further storyline and details in the future. In this story i will be focusing on Jedi player characters though i am not limiting to them only. You can create a max of one character but you may create other secondary or tertiary characters along the way that are integral to the storyline only.

It's all made up, the SW storyline hasn't gone as far as 350 ABY.

I kinda thought that the Ewok Jedi would give away that it havnt ever happened 😛 At least I havent heard of a Jedi Ewok. I bet the creator had fun thinking that out.

Thanks for the positive feedback yeah i ve looked at the starwars storyline and it doesnt delve into the time period ive decided to place the story. Ive chose this time about 300 years after any current storyline so that the players could become the heroes of the galaxy and many of the family lines that appeared in the books and movies are not around or just not as well known with the exception of the head of the jedi council Balen Solo who is a descendant of Jaina's bloodline. Yes and the idea of the ewok jedi i really havent seen that in any story so i came up with Lokatu she is an old elder who performs a different form of the force a more primitive but she is very wise.

Now in reference to why i have placed the Republic's base on New Alderaan. Just as the old Alderaan was a beacon of hope New Alderaan is seen as a revival of faith and freedom in the galaxy after all the many centuries of war. Here senators from the thousands of planets gather at the Senatorial Assembly, an architectural beauty a large triangular building cornered by three tall majestic spires. New Alderaan a serene planet still very much natural with only 3 percent of the surface populated most residing in Talmasas the capital. Talmasas the sprawling capital is the perfect mixture of nature and architectural beauty. It is the hub of art, science and music in the galaxy with the Galactic Theatre among other prominent buildings.

I am also open to others helping with gaps in the history explaining what some of the occurences that have happened in the last decades to such planets as Corellia and other prominent planets. I am looking to definitely involve Naboo which i see as being currently occupied by the Imperial Reform Faction.

Now explanation of the AIMF (Artificial Intelligence Mechana Faction). This powerful new army is headed by King Jonoma a altered baron droid from the planet Azrid. After destroying his predecessor Jonoma came across information that a Seperatist deactivated droid yard remained. He immediately set forth an extraction gathering the massive stockpile of forgotten droids. King Jonoma a philospher and seen as a prophet among his people gave his fellow droids a dream that they would no longer be controlled by weak humanoids with their flaws but rather bring about a new galaxy one where they the more civilized and logical race would rule over the passion driven races. Jonoma then lead a large army to the secluded planet of Kamino. There they forced Prime Minister Ja Pwee to reactivate his cloning facilites and turn them into a massive droid manufacturing facility. Now King Jonoma employing the best technology has revived many of the past droid models and with the Kamino facility his army is massive and still growing. Jonoma though despising humanity and all other races has formed a tenative alliance with the IRF (Imperial Reform Faction) in order to put an end to wha the sees as the foolish primitive ideals of the Free Republic.

Now on the subject of the Jedi Order. After much political upheaval in the last hundred years the jedi had kept to themselves coming only when needed for dire situations. Now with the growing threats from the RIF and AIMF both Grandmaster Balen Solo placed the order back into their roles of protecting the Republic. However this move did not settle well with some of the order and has caused descention among the order coming mainly from the bothan Master Kesh Malkee who feel the jedi involvement in such conflicts will lead to the destruction of the order. Now with Master Balen in the hands of the IRF there is much confusion in the order. Arn Cassam the current head of the order i see as a Morgan Freeman like character has taken on the title reluctantly as he is not comfortable with politics.

Now on the subject of why Coruscant is no longer the seat of the Republic. On this i decided that a great plague struck the planet 100 years after the current storylines around 135 ABY causing the death of millions forcing almost all the citizens of the planet to flee. Now over the years the decaying city world has become the slave and crime capital of the galaxy. Coruscant is now the home of Vath Sorn the infamous crime lord of the slave guild known as the Cull.

Ok on the terms of Trinity I will be introducing the idea of a Second Sith Triumvirate. Three years ago there was prediction from the oracle Osscetia to Master Solo she spoke to him of "Three of shadows I see", she said no more falling again into a deep unresponsive fitful trance. Master Solo came back the next day to find the old Pau'an seer dead suffocated. Solo warned the council members of the threat at the time and that he feels the disappearances and the political strife rising was of a hidden sith influence. After gaining few support from the council members Balen took it upon himself to investigate his instincts. He gathered a party of his personal choice including himself, his best friend and Battlemaster Urun Sai Shun (human male), two Mirialans Master Joram Madii and his apprentice Syune Aruunur, two jedi knights Tzila'Nerul (twilek female) and Jai Tunu (sullustan male) to the planet of Zanna'thun a planet in wildspace. The party landed on the planet in a state of constant tempest and volcanic action there the found a ancient sith compound set on the side of a huge mountain cliff. There in the dark ruins they came upon a small clan of Terentateks in a large hall. As the fierce battle waged against the eight terentateks Jai Tunu was killed and Master Madii's padawan Syune fell into a dark crevasse pulled down by one of the terentateks as it fell into the dark pit. The Jedi feeling the heavy losses and finding no other sith presence left the dark planet behind. After reporting their mission the council decided the sith prescence was destroyed though Master Solo still felt there was serious danger on the horizon. Balen then again went to his most trusted friend Master Shun who took on the task to hunt down this matter further against council wishes. For two years now Master Urun Shun has been gone in search of the enemy. He returns now with the news of GrandMaster Solo's capture hen his jedi transport was intercepted after a visit to Queen Arana of Naboo and the later imperial occupation now underway on the soverign nation after Boss Gutta made a pact with the IRF.

Now back to the subject of the Sith Triumvirate i will introduce three sith

1) Darth Cemarus: the current dark lord of the Sith an ancient Umbaran

2) a unnamed uknown sith whom i will reveal later

3) Open to creation pls send your application for this dark lord

During the battle Master Urun saw a cloaked figure in the shadows and pursued it. He chased it into a huge cavern where the figure revealed himself as Darth Cemarus an ancient Umbaran. The two had a fierce lighsaber battle when the dark lord feeling the jedi battlemaster gaining the advantage, he reached deep within the darksided and sent a rain of huge stalagtites down upon the caravan. Master Shun had to abandon his attack to avoid the deadly spears allowing the sith lord to escape and he raced out onto a natural landing platform to see a dark sleak vessel leave atmosphere. Returning ot the party Urun found Jai Tunu was killed and Master Madii's padawan Syune fell into a dark crevasse pulled down by one of the terentateks as it fell into the dark pit. The Jedi feeling the heavy losses and finding no other sith presence left the dark planet behind. Balen and Master Shun's party members tried to vouch for Urun's honesty and allegiance to the order. Still this was to no avail and the matter was closed and if any other secret missions were convened the members of such a mission would be exiled form the order. Master Urun enraged left the council Master Solo and Tzila chased him down but he told them he would find evidence of the sith threat and took off. He has been gone for two years now.
