Beta Ray Bill vs. Telepathy

How would a character like thor or bill do against telepaths? Starting lower tier like Psylocke, then working up through Rachel Grey, Emma Frost, Martian Manhunter, Prof. X? Can the resist a mental attack?

Thor has a couple of incidents where he resists telepathy, and some where he's affected by it. I guess it would be the same with BRB.

We had this in another thread. Since BRB is an android or at least robotic "his brain" might not be organic at least the Godhunter series showed Brb to be a robot with just skin covering him. Do you have any scans to show BRB being Mindcontrol or showing that at least his brain is organic.
