Lady is Ada + Leon with dual-wielding marksmanship and homing missiles. She wins 7/10.
EDIT: I forgot the crazy stuff she did in DMC3's cutscenes. She has metahuman agility and recovered easily after being impaled in the leg. And to top it off, she had no combat experience at the time (which, I admit, makes no sense).
