Venom wins embarassing Rhino, and rips his horn off his head.

Provided Rhino grabbed hold of Venom or landed a few clean shots on early in the fight, Rhino would make short work either Venom.

The longer the fight drags on, the better the outcome for Venom... as long and he uses hit-and-run tactics, webbing, and suffocation via symbiote.

Venom's durability >>>>>> his strength. Rhino can get 10 clean shots hes not koing Brock Venom. Heck even Flash Venom has great durability. Have you seen his fight with Kain. Kain got like a dozen clean hits, couldnt even hurt him. The symbiote absorbs all the hits.

Doesn't have to KO him. The cumulative damage should be enough to put Venom down.

Kaine's strength level was never really determined. He beat Rhino, but that doesn't necessarily make him stronger than Rhino.

Kain was said to be stronger than Spider-man, im not saying hes stronger than Rhino but O'hirn doesnt have what it takes to ko Venom Brock. Not unless Venom just stands there, Brock has tanked punches from legitimate class 100. He's insanely durable for his strength class, has Spider-man level speed, punches multiple times harder than Pete, plus has many other options like razorsharp tendrils, suffocation and telepathy. CIS off Venom can take control over Rhino and have him commit suicide.
