Fury can wear anything and look like a badass.......even a SHIELD jumpsuit....

The Surfer: I always liked his simplicity, the no-spandex, "natural" look. It was quite original back in the day.
The Hulk: aside from the fact that they never come off with the rest of his clothing, tattered pants is very realistic. It's cool, it works, even on the big screen (better than men in tights).
As for the more traditionally costumed: Spider-Man and Black Bolt. Both have pretty original and nifty spins from the outside-undies, boots-n-cape standard.
Rorschach never appealed to me in print. But on the big screen, the whole character -- looks too -- was excellent (more thanks to Jack Haley than the CGI).
Last but not least, for the fancy stuff: the armor Darkseid wore in Another Nail. Very cool.
