He probably could. I don't see Doomsday putting Juggernaut down though.

If the lasso is able to detain juggernaut, then team dc takes the majority. If not, the fight will be determined between HP Doomsday and Juggernaut. However, I give all of the other matches ups to team Dc. Steel might loose against any of the other opponents, but Diana, Teth and Grundy make up for the lose.
