stark doesn't really add anything other than distraction, give him some prep time with lex and then you have a real fight.

In that case, Lex and Stark put together an uber Red sun/Kryptonite suit and pwn Superman 10/10.

Even in or out of character, Superman take 9/10.

I can see team winning 1/10 with Superman in character and Lex pulls out green kryptonite.
