I assume Waterworld would be an example of a "water based movie." Very odd thread though.

Land:

1. Mad Max 2.

2. Stargate. (Very much land based. lol. Even had lots of archaeology and excavation.)

3. No country for old men. Good film. Not the best. But it was really good.
