Venom vs Sabertooth

Would Namor lay any less severe beating on Sabretooth? Some of the more dillusional posters seem to think namor cant get a win against Wolverine or Sabes, but yeah hes on another level. Venom beats Sabretooth as well, in a number of different ways.

I'm not so sure about idea of Venom being completely unharmed by brute force, stabbing, and slashing. I'm sure the symbiotes offer resistance by absorbing impact and padding any slashes, but it's not like it's impossible to hurt him those ways. Otherwise, every Venom/Carnage fight would've been completely uneventful.

I think this fight is a lot closer than people think it is. I think it's an even split.

In Venom vs Carnage fights it usually goes down to who's physically stronger. Examples: Trial, Venom vs Carnage, one ends up strangling the other.
Even though Venom might not be completely unharmed by brute force, it takes A LOT more than Sabertooth's capable of. In fact it took Juggernaut and Hulk a lot of effort to come close to hurting him. Spider-man's attacks were seen to be completely useless. As for slashing, he's been gutten many times before with no effect. Even Wolverine tried that many times and his claws are loner than Creed's. I just dont see Sabertooth doing anything to Venom. Ofcourse in comics they would've made it into an interesting fight, but Venom should win this without much trouble...

I lost my Venom comics when I restored my computer, so I can't go back and analyze the Venom/Carnage fights. I'm sure I've seen them hurt each other by punching and stabbing though.

However, the Venom who attacked Wolverine was without host, right? Logan managed to slash off its hand. If Brock or Gargan were underneath, they could have been maimed. Sabretooth could likely do same if he got in a good shot.

I think it's anyone's fight here. Since we're using classic Sabretooth though, Venom should have the advantage.

I think the clone had some old woman as a host, also when Wolverine fought the real Venom he stabbed him several times as well, it didnt do anything. I remeber that Kraven once cut through Brock with a spear, Venom laughed and sliced Kraven opened. And there was some monster who gutted Brock with a poisonous stinger, Venom liked it and asked for seconds 😄
I'm in no way understimating Sabertooth, I know how tough he is. But judging by most of Venom showings its almost impossible to take him down unless you use sonics or fire.

I just want to know how you think the sym could kill sabertooth. What could it do that would honestly kill him? I think like other fights it depends how much knowledge either opponent has of the other.

You don't have to kill Sabretooth to beat him.

The real question here is - what's sabertooth gonna do to beat Venom. because Brock's got many options to beat Creed.
