Unless Mr.Fantastic gets some of those guns, Plastic makes eventually wins. It would be an incredibly lengthy fight though, neither would be able to inflict any proper damage to their opponent. In fact, this fight could take ages.
Plastic man is simply physically superior and while Reed might think up some crazy plan, I can't.
