Freddy Krueger vs Anthony Freemont

This takes place after the 6th "Elm Street" film. Krueger has just returned from Hell to discover that Springwood no longer exists. For that matter, neither does the rest of the world with the exception of one small town that keeps looping itself around. Little Anthony from the "Twilight Zone" movie is responsible. Krueger gets pissed and decides that there can only be one reality warper. Who wins?

he was?? did he do the same thing he did in the tv show?

He wasn't as bratty in the movie as he was on the show, but his abilities are roughly the same to his implied skill set in the Billy Mumy episode.
