Well in Shaw's defense he took punches from Classic Rogue who had Shulk's strength stacked up on his own. That being said Herc can still throw him high into the air.

Hercules will wise up to Shaw's strategy. Assuming Shaw couldn't be overloaded, Herc could strangle him or toss him a few miles up and away.

IMO Prince of Power can overload Herc. If he can't, sufficating him is a option.
