I'd take Lars in this one.

Lars stomps wesker, too skilled and overall too powerful, both lars and albert are faster than the averege human however lars has by farmore damage output seeing how easily he can destroy robots and walls with his fists, albert wesker never presented such a power output, lars takes people out with 1 strike, wesker couldnt take out chris and sheeva with multiple hits, finally lars whitstood a missle shot at him from point blank, albert wesker is hurt when you hit him with a bazooka
