Is that why Xbox goes red ring of death, yep. Also is that why Xbox isn't capable of holding over 87 players at once?

yep xbox is so superior.

Don't confuse hardware capability with hardware stability/quality.

I'm not sure if it could hold that many players at once, but I also don't really see the need for that, unless we're talking about an MMO here.

Also, having so many players at more or less one spot puts a pretty nasty strain on the server.

I'm pretty sure if they can handle warhawk they can handle that many.

I thought Warhawk supports up to 32 players?

The Wii IS a casual gamers system, it is not superior the the 360 in games (It is only arguably superior to PS3), and is vastly behind both in terms of power and tech.

PS3 really only needs to improve on their games IMHO, but they are getting better. I have also heard their online kind of sucks, though I myself have never played online.

Microsoft needs to fix the problems that should have already been fixed before the system was out.

I have never lagged with my PS3 online, and it's free. Just sayin'.

Like I said, I had only heard that, did not know if it was fact.

Actually I wasn't referring to the last part of your post at all. I was referring to your comment about Metroid. You are just plain wrong.

Yeah, I forgot Zelda but they got to let go of that Wind Waker universe. The Star Fox and DK franchise have down after the N64 era and the Mother series stayed in Japan. F-Zero and Fire Emblem is MIA at the moment and Kirby lives on through handheld consoles. Nintendo's good franchises now are Zelda (though not as strong as it once was) and Metroid. Know others I'm not aware of?

That one on the DS? It looked like someone cropped pics out of various N64 games without anti-alias and slapped them onto the game. I honestly hadn't seen a game so pixelated since the days of 8-bit Mario.

The Wii version.

Oh. That's a different story then, but the Galaxy games is where it's at for me (as far as Mario goes in the present generation), nothin' else.

The Playstation network doesn't have as much content as Xbox live, but it doesn't suck at all. Its also funny how the PSN gets Netflix for free and Xbox live forces you to go gold, although I could care less about netflix.

Nintendo went the most intelligent route by marketing primarily to casual gamers. Because non-gamers/casual gamers greatly outnumber people who would consider themselves more into gaming.

And the sales numbers support this by a huge margin.

The 360 and PS3 have plenty of shit third-party games, btw. This isn't something exclusive to the Wii.

This is in the wrong forum, and pointless besides. Closed.
