The current Brainiac's put aside their differences and work as a team. The team is:

Lyrl (Vril Dox's son)

The only two people on Team DC/MU who could actually outsmart Brainiac are Batman and Doom, because they don't act on logic alone, they are loose cannons. Crazy.

thats the general flaw of artificial intelligence...it can't go beyond the parameters of its program

That's not true though. As Galan said, vril/lyrl don't qualify as computers.

Even if they are computers, there are programs, and computers/hardware that enables one to learn from their mistakes and to start to learn. Remember all those stories in movies, and comics where the computer learns that it's too smart and starts to eradicate humans. Something like Terminator, or Omac

and remember that computers in the end always fail...because humans always find a way to exploit a flaw

humans do have flaws...but one advantage humans have over AI is humans have creativity and unpredictability. those two are useful in fighting advanced AI.
