Hiro-kala vs. Galactus

Ok, so here are the stips.
Galactus for some months now was feeding on Old Power only, Old Power being synthetic, unstable and inferior version of Power Cosmic.
Hiro-Kala finds the Planet Galactus is going to eat next and f*#ks it up, beginning chain reaction leading to its full destabilization and, eventually, to big kaboom.
Just as chain reaction begins, Galactus arrives and feeds on the planet.

Who wins?

Anyways, Hiro-kala offering Big G a plant spilling w/ old power, to become Big G new Herald in the process in the latest Son of Hulk issue. Jumpy
