Yes. He actually defeated PC Mon-El in Eclipso special seeing how he was the same Mon-El in LOSH and had retarded feats like throwing planets at time trapper.
Also he has fought the pocket universe kryptonians three times, first in Byrne run, again in Superman annual 11 when dead being were brought back by Felix Faust and again in JLA Classified 18 when they were brought back to life.
Curiously they were stated to have destroyed universeS in Superman annual 11.
