And that is partially correct....Marvel even has a definition for omniverse and it even states all realities...even those of other companies and our "real world"....all the scans and misinformation will never change that....

Do you or anybody else see the words Omniverse anywhere in those scans?...no...what you will get though is a slew of scans with someone trying to push thier opinon of what they think.......

Heres is a link to a thread just for that...and the link is allready well into the debate....what you will notice is a poster named "Kerr Avon" this is a poster who actually writes the handbooks!...he is from another site wich i also go to...and they have a section to speak with the marvel staff.....he makes sense and there is no room to wiggle out of..

...basicly Marvel can call its self a omniverse ..it can even depict parts of the omniverse...and we all can understand copywright infringment....but with all the crossovers and those which are cannon...its actually a silly notion that marvel is an omniverse to its self....now i am fine with someone saying :Marvels omniverse" when they want to say.."all of marvel"...but it is false information to think there is anything but...one omniverse...with all realities including our own within it.
