Omniverse has all (infinite?) Megaverses "inside" it. An Megaverse has an infinite number of Multiverses "inside" it. Multiverses have an infinite number of Universes "inside" them. And universes have dimensions in them. Don't know about the infinite part.
But it comes down to. Omniverse = all Marvel Universes (infinite number of universes).

Or as i put it

Marvel Omniverse = DC's Multiverse 😉

Megaverse in Marvel terms is a cluster of multiverses.
