Depending on the level Ego is operating on. He can be clearly more powerful than everyone in here.

But considering only Grandmaster is close to Quintessence level

Quintessence would stomp the **** out of the Elders, if it wasn't from Ego.

What would be the issue of a Ego / Phantom Stranger fight?

If PS wins over Ego, than it's mostly a spite match.
