Who can flat out beat Dr.Doom with preptime

Hmm... hard to say. I don't think any amount of prep time would save Doom from a pissed off full power Spectre. Below that it gets murky. Six weeks is a long time, most of his greatest prep feats took much less than six weeks to accomplish.

Mmmmh... I think Doom would lose handily against a magical powerhouse (I mean, Shuma-Gorath and stuff) with this much prep. He just won't beat them via magic nor science so he has to go for the plot device route.

Even with equal prep a lot of those guys are NOT beating Doom.

Reed is Doom's superior? Which is why every single one of his plans is reactionary towards Doom. Whats harder? Taking over the world, or waiting to see how someone else is going to take over the world then trying to stop him along with 3 of your friends? Reed is written to win because hes a hero, and for no other reason. And Doom is what Luthor wants to be when he grows up.

And I said arguably his equal. In my opinion they are equals but Doom has better showings overall.

Doom has taken over the world multiple times, gained universal power, created inventions beyond anything made by man, and is one of, if not THE most respected villains in comics. Lex is basically a thorn in Superman's side who wouldnt even be a issue anymore if it werent for Supe's morality. They really have no place being mentioned together. And besides, you were under the assumption that F'ing Joker could compete with Doom with prep...

R'as would be serving drinks at Doom's cocktail party. If Doom is in his armor, Im not even sure Joker could wake him up. Without his armor or magic, Doom would still take out Joker (He easily killed a African lion while naked)

Reed can beat Doom with prep under the right situations, its not loopsided against neither one in my opinion. I'm willing to say that Doom without magic is a bad match against Reed.

Geez, there are people who just don't respect Doom. We have a great respect threat with feats done in hours/minutes which are way above Classic Juggs.

There is a respect forum, try to give it a good use 😄

Doom has a device that basically turns off mutant powers. He used it against Magneto. No incarnation of the Hulk should be able to beat a even slightly prepped Doom. Also keep in mind Doom can bodyswap if needbe.

If Doom preps and cant beat a member of the Hulk family Im going to drop Marvel and start reading Green Lantern.
