Alright but Tartarus scenario would be a wothy enemy.

Eldar don't use bullets my dear Liberator.

They shoot little shurikens right? That's close enough.

The ammunition of the Eldar pierces the enemy or cuts him to pieces. It doesn't draw much blood, if at all.

Fair enough, we'll assume thats what I meant and move on, I'll be sure to note of it in the future. Thank you for pointing it out.
