Man Attacks Another Man with a Squeegee

A 21 year old man named Hector Chavez assaulted a person at a gas station with a squeegee. The two guys were arguing on who was first in line at a gas pump which led to the assault. The two are in court.

According to the article the "victim" tried hitting Chavez first, If we lived in a just country (those in the USA) Chavez shouldn't get convicted.
