WBH tanked the force capable of shattering millions of planets without any damage.
Thanos doesn't even have the force to shatter a single planet with a punch.
Punching Thane is less than shattering a planet with a single punch and certain less than shattering millions of planets with a single punch.

Again no where in Thanos history shows him able to shatter a planet with a single punch. How can Thanos be stronger if all of his showings are astronomically weaker?
That's like saying Superman lifted a star in his weakest incarnation but failed to lift more than a planet in every other appearance, yet he is stronger.
That makes no sense.
Even if Thanos is stronger then the feat Thanos did is not even 1/10th the power it takes to shatter a planet with a single blow. So Thanos can have gotten 5 times stronger and still not be able to shatter a planet with a single blow.
We still haven't made it to the millions even if it did.
An exploding gas giant does not hit with the force capable of shattering millions of planets. It would even shatter one planet from the distance Thanos was to it.

WBH collided with a force that shattered a planet from a distance.
The planet experienced less than millions of times less force than Hulk did.
