No, it's not speed, he slows time down relative to himself, so he's going normal speed, and everything else is slowed down.

I remember when Wolvie and Spidey switched bodies in Ultimates, and Logan(with Spidey's brain) got his finger sliced off by his own claw, but it grew back. But his finger had adamantium in it, but his adamantium claw sliced it off. That really confused me.

I can't explain how it happend but Adamantium in the ultimate universe is not as strong as it is in 616 universe

7. Telepathy - Phoenix
8. Telekinesis - Phoenix

Yeah I remember that issue. I'd say Ult. Logan's skeleton is not interconnected. In 616 Hulk landed on Wolverine's fingers and they were still attached to his hand.

I don't think adamantium can cut adamantium, even in ultimate universe. Maybe if there was a great pressure.

Well, 616 Namor has access to all of Atlantis' tech, living underwater, and this being Marvel Earth, I'm pretty sure they have a water manipulation device. To my knowledge, 616 never showed hydrokinesis.

Ultimates however did.
