But yeah, from how I understand it I do agree with you. In fact I don't see what else could be done.

Honestly, forgetting any possible corruption, this was an extremely democractic "coup" sanctioned by the supreme court, based on the president breaking a decree by them. Really, should have happened in the US during the Bush presidency. Very balance of powery.
