I should say that if Byakuya didn't have his Bankai. Team Bleach would lose. Cloud isn't really a big deal but Sephiroth will carry the team. But the FF guys aint gettin' past Byakuya's Bankai. Especially since he can use it more than once. Seph got killed by an Omni Slash, Senbonzakura Kageyoshi would be SUPER over kill.
Is Materia allowed? That could turn the tide against Byakuya's Bankai...Ultima anyone?

Not really. Blocking a bullet with a sword requires moving a sword a few feet, at most.
You don't need to move nearly as fast as an object to just put something in the way. Cloud's motocycle at top speed is still probably faster than he is.
Some of the Bleach people cover kilometers in the middle of combat.

Haha what? FFVII has at least two life wipers, beings who could kill/drain all life on the planet. Sephiroth being one of them, though that requires prep.
Also, only three characters have been shown clearing kilometers in moments. Ukitake, Shunsui, and Yamamoto. All of whom are more powerful than Byakuya and Ichigo.
Oh, and in terms of feats in reaction-time, Sephiroth shits on both.

No, because I don't have the reflexes or speed.
But let's say a bullet is fired from 20 feet away. If I start moving the sword when the bullet leaves the gun and I need to move my sword hand a foott, I only need 1/20th the speed of the bullet to intercept it. If I anticipate the shot, I could get by with a lot less than that.
Normal humans don't even have that level, but that's all that's required.
Seph and Cloud can also "cover kilometers in the middle of combat". I know there isn't a person alive who has seen the fight between Seph and Cloud in Advent Children.
No they don't, the battle mostly takes place around Shinra tower. Comparable would be if they left and re-entered Midgard during the fight.
Also, remember the big multi-jump sequence where Cloud gets up to Bahamat? Their travel speed simply isn't that high.
They were moving just as fast as any Bleach characters I have seen. You should really watch it again so that you can see what I'm talkin' about. They aint that much faster
than Seph and Cloud.
They might look similar in how fast they move the swords to our eyes, but the action is always formatted at a speed to be watchable to the viewer.
They never cover anything like the distance Ichigo does in some of his fights.

Those aren't manga speed effects. His arms and entire body are actually moving so fast that multiple images of him are being left behind. Its probably clearer in the anime when those things are shown in motion though. But for him to do that he'd have to be moving so fast that the light is being reflected off him in practially the same instant. That is so much faster than Cloud and Seph it isn't even funny.

I edited my post. I didn't realize what the hell was going on in the scenes you posted because I did not read the manga version of the fight and I had forgotten about that event all together. When I realized what was going on. I changed my mind.
