Well, to be fair, if you have cancer or paraphimosis or BXO, the effects are pretty beneficial.

Foreskins are great things. I can't understand all you Americans who want to chop them off immediately after birth.

Last thursday (according to my doctor), I became the first man in colorado to get a preputioplasy/limited dorsal slit with transverse closure. There IS a better way!

They make one tiny horizontal cut and sew it up vertically. Same benefit, less trauma, no loss in function or appearance.
