PC Validus stomps. Post Crisis probably wins but its not easy, Wolverine's claws plus Cl 100 strength could probably cut through almost anything.

Not sure mind rape would work. He has scarred over tissue which actaully creates natural barriers to block telepathy, as well as his animal side which also can be used to combat telepathy and last but not least he posses a level 9 TP blocker
