Defeat This Team!

By using established super-hero or villain team that has it's own book. My members are:

Crazy Jane (64 alternate personalities, with 64 powers)
Chunk (Can eat anything and devour matter, placing it inside the Void)
Nemesis Kid (Develops powers to defeat any single opponent)
Black Alice (Can copy any mystic and use it better than even the og user)
Quiz (Possesses every super-power you haven't thought of yet)
Zoom (No explanation)
Reflex (Can deflect any physical or energy attack)
Judomaster (Can never be hit one on one)

Can it be done?

No. Nemesis Kid can only develop a response to one power at a time, not a broad range of powers.
