Hulk dies due to decapitation or a spike to the brain. Juggernaut is going to be impossible to put down unless DD evolves some kind of sonic or tp power.

The same Doomsday that soloed the JLA (including Orion and Superman)?

I don't see how team one can put DD down given the parameters of his "deaths" and I don't see how DD can put Juggernaut down. Thus stalemate.

Nothing was said about HP. Team wins a solid majority. DD would have to "adapt" to juggs enchantments and i'm not sure if regular DD can do it. DD and Hulk have both an very good regeneration, while Juggs has his FF. The team has enough time to put him down.
