Left 4 Dead: Halo Style

New Mombasa is flooded with hordes of undead both human and Covenant. Only four survivors remain and they must get out before the UNSC nuke the city from orbit. They must reach from where the Rookie crash landed, through the underground tunnels, through a couple city blocks (that one level taking place after the tunnels), out on the highway, and to where the final level in ODST took place (sorry I forget names of places sometimes but anyone who has played ODST would know what I'm talking about).

The survivors are the Rookie (equipped with an SMG with a silencer, a Brute Spiker, and a pipe bomb), Sergeant Johnson (with a Gravity Hammer, a Shotgun, and a couple frag grenades), Commander Keyes (with two pistols, an assault rifle, and a few spike grenades and pipe bomb) and the Arbiter (with an energy sword, a carbine, and a couple plasma grenades).

The Infected will have hordes of undead Mombasa citizens, UNSC troops, Brutes, Grunts, and Jackals. The Infected can't use weapons, only their hands. Special Infected will be in here too like Chargers, Smokers, Hunters, Spitters, Jockeys, and Witches. Master Chief will be in here too as an Infected but most of his armor is gone, his speed is reduced for some reason but still has his strength, he can't equip any weapons so he has to use his hands, and his shields will only recover half.

There are no vehicles in this fight. The Survivors must make it on foot. However there will be some vehicles in this match, just only regular vehicles that will make an alarm noise if touched the slightest.

There will be as many Infected in here as many as they appear in the L4D games.

Time limit for the nuke to arrive is ten hours.

Will the Survivors escape in time or will they get nuked or eaten?

You have no idea how badly I want to post a facepalm. Didn't you read the whole thing? Clearly I didn't add the elites and I certainly didn't add the Hunters (the ones from Halo).

Seriously? That's all you got out of it, that MC wouldn't be infected? Well, we know how you would be voting if this was your thread. It's not, though, so MC is infected, and probably more dangerous than a Tank and Witch combined. I think the team'll have their hands cut out for them.

edit on my comment: wouldn't spartans not be infected? they can't get infected by the flood... so wouldn't all the spartans survive?

Actually none of them have even had a flood form tap into their spinal cord. Other words, no spartan has had the chance of being infected yet, except for Seargant Johnson (spartan I) but he had some sort of illness preventing it.

Sergeant Johnson cannot be stopped. He is the ultimate soldier. No one can stand against Sergeant Johnson.
