They might win, but it would be far from easy.
Team 1 have Juggernaut who can be taked out by Despero or MM withou tp.
Plus, he can fly, and so is Hulk.
They're best option is to bfr some of them. If Thanos or Thor can bfr Despero, they could do it. Thanos is the main gun, but he won't be able to do it alone, if bfr isn't allowed.
