Edited my OP. took out ghost rider and captain america.

Team 1 still.

Elektra can handle Wolvie for 6-7/10 if she gets her sais. DD, Blade (with sword and guns) and Punisher (with equipment) should down Spidey for the majority. Blades fast enough to catch spidey a good shot coming off a dodge or somthing.

You can find the answer to that straite from Wolverine himself, im too lazy to find the scans, basically he admitted she is just -plain-better than him, she effortlessly paralized him with a well placed sai stab. She can take him 6-7. So says he.

Good point. In that case, yes, the Marvel Knights win.

Elektra is the biggest problem here with her tp. Wolverine should be able to take her out. But team 1 for majority.
