rom gets handled fairly easily. his neutralizer COULD cause tony some problems--if he hits with it it might actually be able to take tony out. i think tony could avoid it though, and he has far too much overall power for rom. who WAS pretty cool though. 🙂
current (or latest versions of) tony would take at least 8/10 imo. classic would be closer to a split.
