Wah Sing Ku (Lethal Weapon 4) vs Terry (Takuma) Tsurugi (The Street Fighter)

I was watching The Street Fighter (no connection to the games) and an idea came to me.

Terry (or Takuma) Tsurugi is pretty awesome, so how would he fare in a deathmatch against Jet Li's character from Lethal Weapon 4?

This match is strictly hand to hand, which means that Ku can't use his beads to garrotte Tsurugi, and Tsurugi can't use his throwing knives or anything else he can get his hands on.
