also IGN says that this may just be a way to get it earlier then everyone else. they say it MIGHT be obtainable in game already. IMO i highly doubt it. Although it will more then likely be on the Marketplace & PSN a few months after its released. Thats what happened with the gamestop pre-orders for Arkham Asylum

The new cape system is really intriguing. This looks like a GTA style game where you just roam around, choosing to play the story or side missions. Awesome!
