Officially, no.

Unofficially, Leo stated that drafts where opened can could be posted…er in some existing topic.

Maybe Bats or Khan can come in and clarify.

rosters need to be made official by 5est today. no set date yet as to when the finals will start as fas as i know but at this point bats would probably be all right if we set a date to start things ourselves. since rosters close at 5 today, would you guys (barring any issues from bats) be willing to say match opens at 5est on wednesday, id? kk? give a couple days to do an opening (if it's not done) and get things underway. what do you think?

and no judges have been selected as far as i know either.

i'd also like to know about the battlefield.

I have no problem with the match being set up on Wednesday.
