The first Dundee film was watchable. The sequels were just silly.
Paul Hogan was popular for about 3 months after this film's release in the 80's because of America's unfamiliarity with Australia's culture/people/wildlife. It became a fad, like so many people do, to imitate an Aussie accent, much like people did after Austin Powers released in the late 90's. After the exposure died, so did Hogan's career. He made another film called Almost an Angel. It was..............pretty bad, I have to admit.
