ah shit, don't have the issue with me but scourge wipes out like 20 obscure villains disguised as a bartender as they plan on going after the guy who was taking out lame costumed villains, little did they know he was right there with an uzi full of explosive rounds under the table. it's known as "the bar with no name incident".
cap shows up and beats his ass for doing the one thing "heroes" shouldn't ever do, but then that scourge gets his head blown clean off by another scourge. epic issue

Not specifically. I mean lesser known ones or those that haven't posted that frequently (or at all) on the forum. Instances that don't necesarilly have to be a high-end or low-end showings, just cool stuff.

The rules are simple. Post scans of obscure, random feats for any character you'd like.
Old or new, it doesn't matter.
And try to keep it diverse. As in, don't make it soley Thor, Superman, Surfer etc. related.🙂
