Can Galactus eat himself?

i mean he has a healing factor right?
he just eats his whole body up to neck to quinch his hunger then it grows back and he repeats every time hes hungry. 😮‍💨

or maybe use his power to create a planet, then eat it. skyfathers can create planates why cant galactus?

i heard Rom Jeremy can do that too

I'm pretty sure if Big G can't feed he starts consuming himself to stay alive.
