Nemesis obviously wins in h2h because he's bigger and way more stronger. Nemesis also wins in the weapons challenge because one hit from that rocket launcher and Isaac's dead.

I don't know that plasma weapons could be pretty deadly & combined with the stasis module.

Isaac wins. Isaac defeated the Regenerator, which was basically Nemesis without the rocket launcher.

....so lets say he is fighting the nemesis with the rocket launcher
